For Organizer of the Massachusetts Hall of Fame in the NHPA we place the name of Frank Ryan in nomination.

In 1981, Frank helped to build the Fleur de Lis Club. In 1983, he helped to build the Dracut Civic Club. Frank has held various offices since.

In 1982, at the Fleur de Lis he was elected as Treasurer, and was also Tournament director in 1981 and 1982. In 1983, he was elected as President of the Dracut Civic Club and also re-elected in 1984, 1987 and 1988. In 1984, 1985 and 1986 Frank was elected as Secretary, keeping the statistics for Wednesday night league for Hamilton Horseshoe Club in Peabody.

He has been a Massachusetts delegate, elected from 1983 to present for the Dracut Civic Club.

Frank has also given his time to promote horseshoes when called upon, as a demonstrator at the World Trade Center in Boston and the Special Olympics for Adults in Brewster in 1990 and 1991. Frank has been Tournament Director at the Dracut Civic Club from 1983 to 1988 and again in 1991 to present.
